Overview We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully as return and refund eligibility depends on whether your item was fulfilled directly by all-tech or by a third-party retailer.

Items Fulfilled Directly by all-tech For products stocked and shipped directly by all-tech, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website at all-tech.shop. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items Fulfilled by Third-Party Retailers For products sourced from and fulfilled by third-party retailers — where all-tech acts solely as an intermediary marketplace — all-tech is unable to accept returns or issue refunds directly. These items are not stocked by all-tech and are outside of our return process.

For returns, exchanges, or refunds on third-party retailer items, you must contact the original retailer directly. The retailer's contact information will be provided in your order confirmation email. Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are determined entirely by the third-party retailer's own policies.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return regardless of fulfillment source: perishable goods, digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item fulfilled directly by all-tech, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
