Items Shipped Directly by all-tech For products stocked and fulfilled directly by all-tech, we will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Items Fulfilled by Third-Party Retailers For products sourced from third-party retailers — where all-tech acts solely as an intermediary — shipping is handled entirely by the original retailer or supplier. all-tech has no control over shipping times, carriers, costs, or tracking for these items.

Shipping timelines, rates, and methods for third-party items are determined by each individual retailer. This information will be provided in your order confirmation email along with the retailer's contact details. For any shipping inquiries regarding third-party orders, please contact the retailer directly.

Split Orders If your order contains both all-tech fulfilled items and third-party retailer items, your order may arrive in separate shipments from different sources.

Shipping Delays all-tech is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party retailers, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Undelivered Packages For all-tech fulfilled items, contact us at all-tech.shop if your package is lost or undelivered. For third-party retailer items, please contact the retailer directly.
